1. Bookings & rates

Rates shown on veranoresort.net are per room per night in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed when we email you a confirmation number. Direct bookings carry our best-rate guarantee — find the same room cheaper on a public site within 24 hours and we match it plus 5% off.

2. Check-in & checkout

Check-in from 2:00 pm, checkout by 10:30 am. Early check-in and late checkout are free when the room's ready — just ask. Photo ID and a card for incidentals are required at check-in; a $100 pre-authorisation applies for cash-paying guests.

3. Guest conduct

Standard resort rules: no smoking indoors (there's a terrace on level 1), no pets except assistance animals, quiet hours 10 pm–7 am. Damage beyond fair wear is charged at cost. We can refuse service or evict for unsafe behaviour — that's true for the hotel and the gaming floor alike.

4. Gaming floor terms

Gaming areas are 18+. Player-card credits, comps and promotional chips have no cash value and expire as published per promotion. Self-excluded persons may not enter gaming areas. Betting limits and house rules are posted at each table and machine bank.

5. Changes & cancellations

Flexible-rate bookings cancel free until 48 hours before arrival; inside that window the first night is charged. Advance-purchase rates are cheaper but non-refundable — the trade-off is in the name.
