This website and the resort are operated by Verano Resort Pty Ltd (ABN 47 132 856 209), owned by Verano Hospitality Group, registered at 29 Chestnut Dr, Banora Point NSW 2486, Australia. Reach us at veranoresort@gmail.com or +61 7 5524 9699.

2. GDPR & EU guests

If you're booking from the EU or UK, the GDPR applies to how we handle your data. Our lawful bases are contract (running your booking), legal obligation (gaming and tax records) and consent (marketing emails — opt in, opt out any time). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Our full data practices — retention periods, processors, security — are laid out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this page. To exercise any GDPR right, email veranoresort@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

3. Gaming compliance

The gaming floor operates under NSW liquor & gaming legislation. Entry is strictly 18+, ID is checked, and self-exclusion is honoured immediately — talk to the duty manager or use the BetStop register. Gambling Help is free on 1800 858 858. House rules for each game are posted at the tables and available from the cashier cage.

4. Liability

We take care of the property, but we're not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles or public areas — use the in-room safe or ask reception to store valuables. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Governing law

These terms and your stay are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute goes to the NSW courts first.
